Greenwich-House is a celebration of natural warmth and texture, deeply inspired by the native canopy of its picturesque harbourside surroundings. Anchored by a central courtyard that invites abundant northern sunlight into the core of the home, the design masterfully blurs the boundaries between indoors and out—living areas seamlessly flow to outdoor spaces, framed by captivating views that connect residents to nature.
Constructed atop an exposed concrete slab, the house boasts a meticulously insulated timber framework. The layered use of rough-sawn plywood, spotted gum, western red cedar, and marine ply enriches the tactile experience throughout, creating a sophisticated yet grounded palette that reflects both craftsmanship and its natural environment.
